The Madison County School Board accepted the bid of Webster Electric Co., Inc. to provide the new football, baseball, softball and athletic buildings to support these facilities. The new high school is slated to open in August of 2011.
The new Child Development Center (CDC) will include LEED Silver design functions including a new 48 panel solar array to cogenerate power for the facility. The new state of the art facility will include a state of the art security and monitoring system for protection of children of the bases servicemen and women.
East Mississippi State Hospital is in the process of modernizing their facilities in order to server their patients better. The dietary facility will include a fully functioning kitchen for preparation of meals for serving their patients and staff.
The City of Hattiesburg awarded Webster Electric Phase II of the master project to bring newly installed street lighting to the downtown portion of the City of Hattiesburg. This project includes the installation of decorative, antique style lighting poles and is expected to increase the safety and appearance of the downtown business area.
Anderson Hospital opened the new six story Medical Office Tower III with a new major medical taking three floors of the building. Webster Electric provided the electrical work for this new structure including power and lighting, generator power, high voltage utilities and life safety systems. Yates Construction was the General Contractor and Construction Manager.
